The Workspace module is your personal planning and time-tracking hub in ActivityTimeline.
It brings together your schedule, assigned Jira issues, custom events, and logged work in a single place, making it easy to plan your day, record time, and monitor your progress without switching between multiple Jira screens.
What Can You Do in Workspace?

Workspace Layout
The Workspace module consists of several panels that work together to provide a complete overview of your work.
My Schedule Individual Timeline
My Schedule displays your personal schedule, including:

Jira issues

Custom events
-
Worklogs
From My Schedule, you can:

Schedule and reschedule issues.
-
Create, edit, and delete custom events.
-
Log work directly on scheduled items.
-
Move or resize worklogs using drag and drop.
-
Switch between viewing Issues, Events, or Worklogs using the Display Options.
Issue Panel
The Issues Panel displays all Jira issues assigned to you.
Use it to:

Find assigned work quickly.
-
Filter and group issues.
-
Schedule issues onto your Timeline.
-
Open Jira issues for additional details.
Charts
Workspace includes visual indicators to help you monitor your progress throughout the selected period.
Available charts include:

Progress Chart displays the percentage of required hours that have been logged, along with the total logged and required hours.

Daily Logged Hours Chart shows the number of hours logged each day. Hover over a bar to see the exact logged hours.
These charts help you identify remaining hours to report quickly.
Logged Hours
The Logged Hours section provides a daily summary of the time you’ve recorded.
The table holds logged hours per day and is collapsed by default. With a simple 'Expand view' button you will see detailed information on all issues worked on during the current period.
Expand the table to:

Review work logged each day.

See which issues were worked on.

Quickly log additional time for specific dates or issues.
My Worklog Details
The Worklog Details table displays all worklogs within the selected reporting period.
From here, you can:

Edit logged hours.

Change worklog dates.

Update comments.

Review your complete worklog history.
Action Panel
The Action Panel provides quick access to common actions.
From here you can:

Create Jira issues.
-
Log work.

Navigate between reporting periods.

Change the displayed date range.
