You can now have multiple wok schedules within your organization and assign multiple users to these groups at a time, so that different users could have different working hours.

Added possibility to associate Jira group with a workload scheme for its users
With the possibility to associate Workload Schemes to Jira Groups, you can easily configure your instance, so that people from different locations have correct working days/hours.

Added scheduling for extra “Resources” like meeting rooms, special equipment, potential employees etc.

Added possibility to associate Read Only/Semi Read Only restrictions to Jira Groups

Added possibility to 'clone' the task while creating the issue-part, i.e. when Drag'n'drop+Ctrl+Shift button, the system will create an issue part but will double the estimate of the original task, so if there was a task for 8h and it got dropped to another user or date, it will become 2 issue parts, both with 8h estimates.

Updated user 'Knowledge levels' to 'Proficiency levels'
