You can quickly set up teams in ActivityTimeline by re-using your existing Jira groups. This method helps streamline the process, especially for large teams.
Steps to Create a Team from a Jira Group

Go to Configuration → Teams

Click Create New Team

Select Teams from Jira Groups
In the Team Creation Screen:

Enter a Team Name

Optionally, assign Team Lead

Choose a Jira group whose members you want to include in the team

Click Create
ActivityTimeline will automatically create a new team and add all users from the selected Jira group as team members.
Keeping the Team Updated
If the user list in the Jira group changes and you want to reflect those updates right away:

Go to the list of existing teams

Click the Sync button next to the team’s name
