To refresh the list of Agile Boards & Sprints for agile data filtering simply:

Go to Configuration → Synchronization → Refresh Boards & Sprints

Press Refresh Boards/Sprints button.
→ Agile Boards & Sprints will be synchronized to Activity Timeline.
In order to refresh Jira tickets that belong to Agile Boards & Sprints (e.g., if a sprint start or end dates are changed ), go to Refresh Issues tab to synchronize Issues.
