The list of Agile Boards & Sprints is refreshed automatically during the daily background synchronization, usually at night.
If you need to update this data immediately, administrator can run the synchronization manually:

Go to Configuration → Synchronization → Refresh Boards & Sprints.

Click Refresh Boards/Sprints.
The Agile Boards and Sprints list will be synchronized with ActivityTimeline and become available for agile data filtering.
Please note that this action refreshes only Agile Boards and Sprints metadata.
To update Jira issues that belong to Agile Boards or Sprints, for example, when sprint start or end dates are changed, you also need to synchronize issues from the Refresh Issues tab.
