In some cases, the setup process may need to be re-run, for example when your ActivityTimeline instance needs to be re-initialized. An administrator can access the Setup Wizard from the Configuration page by clicking the corresponding Setup Wizard link.
It is recommended to firstly contact our support team before going through Setup Wizard on your own, as most probably your case can be solved without re-initialization of the instance.
Once you open the Setup Wizard tab, the system will ask you to select the Jira projects you want to manage in ActivityTimeline, similar to the initial setup during your first trial. After completing the wizard, the selected data will be re-initialized for your instance.
At the final step of the setup, you can also choose whether to make ActivityTimeline the default Jira time tracking provider. If this option is enabled, ActivityTimeline will be used as the default time tracking provider for your Jira instance.
