ActivityTimeline administrators can synchronize several types of Jira data at once from the Synchronize all tab.
Use this option when you need to update multiple data types at the same time instead of running each synchronization separately.
To synchronize all data:

Go to Configuration → Synchronization → Synchronize all.

Select the data types you want to refresh.
The checkboxes are unselected by default, so you need to manually choose what should be synchronized.

Click Refresh.

Press Refresh button.
The synchronization progress will be displayed on the page. Once the progress bar reaches 100%, the synchronization is complete.
For larger data sets, we recommend running synchronization after working hours or during a lower-activity period to avoid interfering with users who are actively working in ActivityTimeline.
During synchronization, ActivityTimeline only reads and updates data inside ActivityTimeline. No changes are made to Jira.
