Skill Availability Report

Skill Availability Report helps managers understand whether the organization has enough skilled resources available for upcoming work.

It shows how much capacity employees with specific skills have over a selected time period, allowing better planning and preventing skill shortages.

To generate this report navigate to Reports → Other Reports → Skill Availability Report.

How It Works

You select the skills you need, teams, period and the report shows:

  • Which employees have those skills

  • How much of their time is still available

What You See

For each selected skill, the report shows employees who have that skill and their availability over time. Color indicators help you quickly understand the situation as Green — Enough free time or Yellow — Limited availability.
