User Information on the Planner

In ActivityTimeline, user profiles feature their skills, positions, and involvement.

In the Planner, each user is displayed with their name and position. Click the user’s name to open the User Card and view more details.

User Card

The User Card provides a quick overview of the selected user directly from the Planner.

Depending on the available data, the card may include details such as the user’s position, skills, teams, involvement, and other profile information.

Managers can also perform bulk operations for the selected user’s timeline from this card by clicking Bulk Reschedule.

This is useful when planned work needs to be moved or adjusted across multiple days at once.

Managing Skills, Positions, and Involvement

To assign and manage User Positions and Skills and Proficiency Levels open the user card and click Manage

This redirects you to the Edit Person page in the Users tab, where the user profile can be updated.

Please note that skills, positions, and involvement can be changed by Administrators, Managers, and Team Leads, depending on their permissions and team access.
