Issues and Events Configuration

Planning in ActivityTimeline can be done using two main types of items:

  • Jira issues synchronized from Jira.

  • ActivityTimeline events created directly in ActivityTimeline.

Administrators can configure how both Jira issues and ActivityTimeline events appear on the Planner timeline. This helps align the planning view with your organization’s workflow and decide which information should be visible to managers and users during planning.

These settings are managed in two main tabs in Configuration:

  • Issues

  • Events
