ActivityTimeline administrators can manage user-related settings and characteristics from the Users tab in the Configuration section. This includes managing user skills, positions, skill levels, and working hours.
The user list in ActivityTimeline is synchronized from Jira. By default, synchronized users receive the Employee role in ActivityTimeline. Users who belong to the Jira administrator group are assigned the Administrator role.
