This version update includes the following enhancements:

CLOUD ONLY Unified Allocation Performance table in Budget vs Spend Report: The two separate Budget and Spend tables have been replaced with a single Allocation Performance table, showing Allocated Budget, Spend, Budget Used %, and Remaining side by side for every allocation — with color-coded status (on track, fully spent, over budget, unallocated) so you can spot problem areas at a glance. Start Working Date and End Working Date now affect capacity across Planner, Timesheets, and Reports. This prevents capacity from being counted before a user starts or after they leave.

Sprint issues now show a light blue scheduled indicator in Planner Issue Panel, making it easier to distinguish work that is already planned within a sprint.

Grouped Detailed Timesheets are now sorted by date by default, making worklogs easier to review in chronological order.

Improved how full-week leaves are shown in Weekly Timeline Timesheets, making longer absences easier to identify at a glance.

Jira 11.0.0 - 11.3.4 support is available in the app version ending with “-jira11” suffix.
As previously announced, Java 8 and Java 11 are deprecated and may no longer work.
Java 17 is the minimum recommended version.
If you are running Jira DC on the Microsoft SQL Server database with Windows Authentication then you would need to update the corresponding driver library to 12.10.2 (mssql-jdbc_auth-12.10.2.x64.dll)
