Person Availability Report helps managers understand how much free capacity individual employees have during a selected time period.
It provides a clear view of each person’s availability, making it easier to plan work assignments, avoid overload, and balance team capacity.
To generate this report navigate to Reports → Other Reports → Person Availability.
How It Works
You select teams or individual employees and a time period, and the report shows:

How much of each person’s time is still available

Availability across upcoming days, weeks, or months
Employees are grouped under their teams, making it easy to review both team-level and individual capacity.
What You See
For each selected team, the report displays individual employees and their availability over time.
A timeline shows upcoming periods so you can quickly assess future capacity. Availability is highlighted with color indicators for easier interpretation:

Green — Enough free time

Yellow — Limited availability
This helps you quickly identify which employees can take on new work and who may be close to capacity.
